Meet with Parents and Wedding Party
Check the facility
Get cues for music
Discuss setup and procedure for
Sand Ceremony or Unity Candle
Discuss Processional and Recessional
Organize receiving line
Ceremony
Includes:
Review processional schedule with ushers
Signal musician
Line up wedding party and proceed with
processional
Assist with recessional
Optional: Rev. Frank will say an opening prayer for your reception, when available.
A pre-wedding meeting with the bride and groom will be held 2 to 3 weeks before the wedding date or by email if preferred.
The bride and groom are responsible for obtaining their marriage license.

4. When children walk down the aisle during the ceremony, place one of their favorite toys on the chair where you want them to sit so they know where to go to.
